Booth Information

Booth Cost: **$50.00** - Each booth space includes:

* One (1) table * Two (2) chairs * Two (2) vendor lanyards

Vendor Responsibilities

By signing this agreement, the Vendor agrees to:

* Provide only original artwork, comics, crafts, or approved merchandise.

* Ensure all work is appropriate for a youth-focused, family-friendly event.

* Staff their booth for the full duration of event hours (11 AM – 3 PM).

* Complete setup by 10:45 AM and remain set up until event closing.

* Leave their space clean and free of debris.

* Comply with all venue rules and safety regulations.

* Obtain any necessary licenses, permits, or insurance if applicable.

* Accept full responsibility for their merchandise, equipment, and personal property.

Liability Disclaimer

Rad Kids Comic & Art Con, Machete Comics, event partners, sponsors, venue staff, and volunteers are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury sustained during the event.

Vendors participate at their own risk and agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers and associated partners from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation.

Vendors agree to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

Failure to comply with event policies may result in removal from the event without refund.

Payment confirms booth reservation.
